Every night on the street, darkness will shove. Casting shadows from the candles above. Staring upon a path that I do not know. Upon the ground of the path that I show. Pain in the starlight, sickness all day. Lost in this world, have no way to pay. The storm keeps on raging, beating down on my wall. Shadows wait; they wait for me to fall. I begin to run, I begin to make haste. And I can feel the presence of the One who showed me grace. How can I escape this pain built inside when darkness reeks all upon this ride?
